• Prizes will be presented to those who will win the lottery and activate their PayForex account through the procedures specified by our company.
• Prizes will be canceled if we determine that a false declaration has been made, that the winner resides outside of Japan, that the winner has engaged in prohibited activities, or that the winner has engaged in any other inappropriate activities.
• Prizes will be sent to the registered address or credited to the registered account. The right to receive the prize is valid only to the winner and cannot be transferred, loaned, or sold.
• Substitute prizes may be presented without consent due to supply issues, etc.

• The use of multiple accounts or account sharing is prohibited.
• False declarations, unauthorized registration of third-party information, unauthorized access or tampering with results, and acts that place excessive strain on the system are prohibited.
• Any other actions that our company deems inappropriate are prohibited. In the event of a violation, we may restrict your use or suspend your account, and request the return of any prizes.

The expiration date for gifts and procedures will be the same as the redemption expiration date for each prize from the date the results are announced. If the deadline is exceeded, you will lose your rights and no further correspondence will be provided.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by denial or cancellation of participation, changes or interruptions to the content of the event, suspension due to prohibited acts, non-recommended environments, theft or loss of prizes or necessary information, etc.
